This is So Nice, its a Small Vintage Handmade Wallet, Coin Purse. By Looking at it, I would say you could use paper money in this or coins. Whatever you prefer. Can be used for other things too. There is a full body Camel on the front. You tuck the Flap in front to close it. This does need minor repair. The small tear is approx. 1 3/4". Will need to be glued or sewn? Measurements on this is 3 1/4" x 2 1/2". It does expand open approx. 3/4". Really A Pretty Designed Leather. If your Handy, you could repair this.
